Picked up our caravan today from caravan spares and repairs after suffering hail damage during a recent storm. Thank you to Rob and the wonderful staff for the efficient and detailed work carried out. I could not fault the workmanship and detail to their work. The complete roof was replaced and is actually better than when we bought the van brand new as all the low spots are now out and all is on the one level. Front window was not replaced my decision the finish again was perfect. Overall, I could not fault anything and would recommend this small family business to anyone needing repairs or servicing done. We had a bracket on one of our water tanks break on the Pacific motorway south of Newcastle. We Googled Newcastle Caravan Repairs. We arrived at their workshop at about 2.30pm on Wednesday. They organised a motel for us. They worked on the repairs that afternoon. The van was ready to pick up at 9.00am Thursday. I would recommend Newcastle Caravan Repairs to anyone who requires any repairs to their caravan. The staff are courteous and friendly and willing to satisfy their customers. I wanted to wait until I put our new battery system to the test before providing a review. From the very start It was great doing business with LAE & 4X4. There is no beating around the bush with Dave. He installs top shelf equipment and stands by them. His cable work is flawless and everything works as it should. If you want a budget setup probably don’t apply. If you want a high quantity, robust system that won’t let you down, I would highly recommend LAE & 4X4.
