I had my Mercedes serviced at Kader 2nd Dec21
very very poor service!
I have just had it checked by a True Mercedes expert, after replacing the oil to the correct oil for my car & replacing the oil filter which was “supposed to be new” but had started to twist & close off oil supply 😳
So you can imagine how badly the car was running!
New front breaks are not equivalent to original breaks!
After picking the car up I took it for a spin, I knew straight away it was not right, on returning to the workshop I was told
“It will take 200ks to settle in”
As for performance “I was asked what mode did I have it in? Eco, comfort or sports?
When I asked “European expert James” to change computer alert after service he said he had already done it😳🤔 but NO! Why because he didn’t know how to!!
Mmmm check out pic’s don’t really look like his workshop🤔
Never going back!
By the way my car is going like a dream now after re-service!!!!
