BEST Car Wash & Detailing in Parkwood QLD 4214

Good quality cleaning in the past, but their service has declined badly over the past 12 months. Recently watched as main cleaner was more focussed talking on his phone whilst lazily wiping the car, he even noticed spots of dirt which he then deliberately wiped around missing the spots. When I approached the manager after watching this, I was told I need to pay more money for a more extensive clean. Have used both their Harbour Town & Southport locations - Harbour Town 5/5 stars, Southport 1/5. I guess it all comes down to the quality of staff hired at each location.
