This is a great car wash and I have used it for years. They have however started charging a huge 9% credit charge surcharge, which is ridiculously and inappropriatly high. For example if you spend $5 in the manual car wash you pay $5.40 and If you pay $10 it is $10.80. According to the AustralianCCC website, the maximum surcharge (including any service fee) businesses may charge for Visa or Mastercard is 1.0% to 1.5%. That is 6 to 9 times what this business is charging! I will be going elsewhere! I am not sure who owns. I have been told the Von Bibra Auto Group owns it. If so they should know better.

Robina Car & Dog WashVery impressed. The prices are cheap compared to others we have been to. My wife and I took both of our cars and they look like brand new. The staff were really helpful and did a great job of the hand wash. The whole place was very clean and tidy and everything was stocked up. We will 100% be back again thank you.
