I have been using the Greenhills car wash for over. a year now. I went to the branch they have at Kurri Kurri NSW on the afternoon of Saturday August 29 this was at approximately. 3:45 pm. I tapped my card and selected the gold car wash. The machine did not start. Nothing happened. What I got to my destination I checked my credit card online and I had been charged $18.50. I called the Kurri number and got voicemail. I asked to be called back about this. I heard nothing. On the Monday morning I called the Greenhills number and got no answer. I emailed the business with details but a week later I have had no response. I paid $18.50 for nothing. It’s not about the money it is about the poor or should I say lack of customer service. They have lost a regular customer. I won’t be returning to support this business nor will family and friends who have previously used this business.
I took my car through the car wash this morning and when I got home and looked at it it was disgusting, the windscreen was still filthy and there were dirty patches all over the car. I think maybe you need to get it checked $13 for nothing. Not happy. I tried to ring but no one answers the phone.
