Tonight after being stuck at Caltex waiting for well over an hour for NRMA to arrive, one your boys named Angus noticed I was having some trouble so he went out of his way to stop and ask if I needed any help. Heโs helped me get my car into the right gear and managed to drive my car home while he followed me just to make sure that I got home safe! This kid is a god damn angel! He knew exactly what was wrong with my car and told me what needs to be done and Iโll definitely be calling you guys tomorrow to get my car fixed!

Took my car in with a transmission problem asked for a price for that and that only.
Already knew about a couple of sensors that needed replacing and why i told them this. When i went to pick my car up was told they had in fact replaced a sensor and car running better with new senor. Paid them $266 and was given a detailed print out diagnosis i asked i cant see the price of the actual sensor here was then told he didnt replace tge sensor he tired out a new one and then put the old one back in pfft
So i acually just got charged $266 for them to tell me what i already told him what was wrong with my car to be printed onto a peice of paper for me... am absolutely disapointed to be treated like this now out of pocket and still a transmission problem..
