I recently updated the family car with a great trade in price, Zoran was very helpful and the transition was very quick and smooth, had me driving away with a huge smile on my face. From the first time we set foot in the car yard Zoran asked "if we needed a hand with anything", I said "we are just looking at the moment", which he left us to wonder around and have a look, never followed us around like most car dealers and constantly asking us questions but he was always available if we had any questions for him, was never pushy and that's what made the experience so easy and smooth. We are travelling around Australia, so our motor home IS our home. We needed to have an oil change and new filter replaced , we are staying at the N.R.M.A caravan park in Shellharbour. We contacted Gary, and he was so obliging ! We took our vehicle there, and two hours later , we were ready to go ! We have , a Mercedes Sprinter , and we were very happy with the service which Gary gave us . We have no hesitation in recommending Gary . He was very professional and courteous to us .
