I can highly recommend Smart Torque! These guys went out of there way to get me and my 3 year old up and back on the road. We were travelling from Victoria, when just out of Sydney, our D40 Navara developed a serious issue with suddenly going into limp mode. Towing a 21 foot caravan, this is seriously dangerous, when we couldn't exceed 40 kms going up hill on the freeway! Called Smart Torque and told them of our problem, they said come around right now and we will sort it. The mechanics did a thorough inspection of the car, and not happy to just chuck this in and see how she goes mate they performed numerous test drives, and diagnosed the actual problem. Part was ordered, and I had the car back by lunch time the next day. Running like a dream, and my stress levels now back down to normal! Thanks guys, cant recommend highly enough!

On Friday 21/02 I purchased a car in Newcastle I flew up Friday morning to drive the car home, after arriving I realised the car had some issues of which I could not complete the journey if they weren’t fixed, I started to ring around frantically, Jay’s shop pink automotive were the only shop that were good enough to move around their day to make sure I was looked after, they stayed late Friday to make sure the job was done! Honestly couldn’t find a better group of people! I’m extremely thankful for meeting them! If you’re in the Newcastle area don’t go see anyone else !
