In late August I went to Tuckwells as I needed the car door inserts to be re-trimmed. The original material was no longer available on my car so after being shown what was suitable, given a quote which I agreed on, an appointment was made for 24th Sept as was written on the card & in the appointment book. On Friday 18th Sept, I rang to confirm the appointment but was told I was mistaken as it was 9th October. I didn't think much of it until I found the business card a short time later written on the back stating the 24th Sept appointment. As my car was at the smash repairs not far away, I pass Tuckwells & every day since the school holidays has started, it has been closed. Had I been advised by phone that he wanted to spend time with his family, I would have accepted that, but to be made into a liar by the owner stating it was the 9th October is another thing. To lie to a customer just so he can go on a holiday without informing his customers is not on. If I could give less than 1 star
Hi all , I rang Micheal and organised him to renew roof lining on my malloo . Messaged The night before and he said he was still coming . But to my disgrace he didn’t show and I have left two text messages with him and he hasn’t had the courtesy or decency to explain why hasn’t turned up .
I wouldn’t recommend anyone else using this guy despite what the other review say .
