I paid 5 days upfront and had to leave Bay after 2 days for personal reasons. Very rude owner would not refund monies. Arrogant and unhelpful . Told me to read conditions. Could not have cared less. Very bad service. They told me it had GPS and it didnt. Don't rent from this man or company.

We always use Budget rent a Car as they always have the car we require on the days that we require it. Never have had a problem and the staff are very helpful and courteous. Prices are competitive but the service is great.
