Absolutely appalling service. Hired a removal van a week prior to moving. Rang 4 days to ask a question regarding truck size, no response. Rang 2 days before, left a message, no response. Went to location pick up point, sat waiting, nobody arrived. I rang the number, finally someone answers only to tell me that because I hadn't previously been in contact to confirmed my booking they hadn't dropped of the keys yet, they said they would get someone to leave the office now and drop keys to me—30mins wait. In the meantime my friend that was helping me move was upset with the delay and told me to just hire a trailer and do a few loads instead. I said no the lady said the keys were on the way... about 15-20mins after talking I rang to just check on progress and SHE HADN'T EVEN LEFT THE OFFICE YET. So then I cancelled the truck. It took me 3 trailer loads with a hire trailer from the servo but was much more reliable than Hervey Bay Thifty. Very disappointed. Poor.

Excellent thing to do together with the family, well maintained vehicles, and a different range to suit your needs. Very reasonable pricing and camper trailer hire also available. A lot of fun for younger families, and great way to get the kids outdoors!
