Overall service was good at 1st Class Rentals Port Macquarie. The car was delivered and collected from my office at exactly the times I requested. I was updated when the driver was on his way and how long he would be. The car had a good level of fuel in which meant I didn't need to go straight to a garage to top it up and could get straight on with my journey. Their prices are also very competitive. All other information was passed on via email at my request, which suits me perfectly as sometimes I am unable to answer the phone at work. Will continue to use when I next require a vehicle.
