We’ve recently had our Landcruiser & Caravan removed to Tennant Creek from the Barkly Highway 300+km away due to an accident. Andy & Jim provided exceptional service including organising accommodation, helping retrieve what was possible from the Van, providing us space & time to pack our items onto crates and organise the shipment of that to WA. They ensured the car was removed from the site ASAP to prevent theft & the van the following day was k to Tennant Creek. Their time, consideration, help and support made what was a very difficult time for us much more tolerable. We can’t thank them enough for their great work. Thanks Andy & Jim! R&D

We were travelling through Alice Springs on a road trip and the car broke down. Outback Vehicle Recovery was sent through our AANT coverage to tow the vehicle. Phil came to our rescue and went above and beyond to help us and ensured that we got back to our campsite (which he wasn't required to do), after delivering our car to an exceptional mechanic. The professionalism and great people skills demonstrated by Phil exceeded our expectations and made a bad situation markedly better. The way this towing company carries out it’s services has a lot to be desired. Once they have your money(credit card over the phone),they don’t care if they are over 5hours late and unwilling to tell you how long they will be. Polite follow up calls from the customer are handled poorly by them and resulted in rudeness, swearing by them and a threat of adding an extra $50 to the bill of a 76 yo solo travelling customer querying arrival time. Lesson learnt, go elsewhere! Do not use this exorbitantly overpriced towing service, who care little about their customers after the money has been exchanged!
