Very disappointing with the service, I was charged $484 to replace battery they did not reset radio for my wife, I rang twice in the same day leaving my name and number with no reply, good on you Mazda, you're quick to take my money but.

Over the years they've tried to charge me for Rotating my tyres in a service that they didn't do. Disconnected my cruise control when my car was brought in on the back of a tow truck after it stopped for no reason and it was only a battery and I got charged for what they did and had to pay for a tow truck and to get my cruise control hooked up again. My rust unit stopped working in 2018 and I found out the service department never stamped my book but I was lucky it was replaced. Jump ahead to 2021 I have rust at the back of my car no doubt because the unit had previously not been working and they are saying I won't be covered this time because again the service department did not stamp my book. They are not answering my calls and my online contact forms as I want the rust fixed because they did not do their job. When I 1st bought it I didn't even get shown how anything worked let alone a nice big bow. It was here's your car that's it. Much more I can say but no more words left.
