Called Crakka's yesterday just to compare prices with another well known glass repairer. Price was at least 30% cheaper and was supplied and fitted next day. Was a rear side window of a 12 year old Hyundai. Will happily recommend them to anyone.
My family and I have purchased new and used vehicles in recent years from Miedecke Motors and all our dealings have been friendly, professional and no fuss! We are Ford biaised, however, we have visited other dealerships in the area, and they could all take a leaf out of this one. Keep it up guys.

This review is long overdue as they had my car in a couple of years ago, but in speaking to a friend I've found that nothing has changed.
I spent thousands on repairs (a good amount they'd put under "misc") and they had my vehicle for months, they said they had narrowed the original overheating problem down to two issues (so they had not fixed the issue it was in for). After this they told me that neither of the possible issues would cause damage to the car if driven as it was giving a false reading. My car broke down in the middle of nowhere around two weeks later. Coolant spraying into the engine bay. Completely unusable. I was told by another mechanic that it sounded like a blown head gasket.
