If you didn't buy your car here, don't bother with the service department.
I had my Mondeo in for a week to get the fuel pump replaced only to find continuing issues with the fuel system that had me return 3 times to get it finally fixed.
Each time I was put on the back of the line with "no courtesy car available", meaning I had to borrow vehicles to get to work and take my family anywhere.
After the initial work was done, they failed to mention that they destroyed one of the electrical connectors to the pump and did a dodgy repair on it and hoped for the best.
Three days in the shop led to a simple repair and a solution to my problems. This could have been avoided if they owned up to the mistake and fixed it, I dread to think of what else they did to my car.
Overall the staff were friendly on the phone, but not very helpful until I was in for $5600 in repairs. Even then, there was no priority given to the job and their poor work led to mistakes.

Okay, on the phone they say car (Honda Civic) is only driven 500 kilometres and comes at $24000 with $500 accessories. They say they can consider bringing it down a bit if meet in person. They say the offer expires on 31st December.
When you go meet them, they said the car is 1500 kilometres instead of 500 kilometres. They say they cannot bring the price down (firm at $24000, which I think would be okay). But terrible manager says accessories will not be included. (even if the offer is valid until 31st December)
If you go afew days later and ask for $24000, they said they cannot sell it at that price. They said they updated the price which is $24990. (wait...didn't you say that offer is valid until 31st December? and I'm making offer on 28th December.)

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit hesitant to bring my Jeep here. However my experience was really great. I was able to be dropped off and picked up. Jordan the driver/spare parts employee was so polite and a pleasure to talk with, not to mention a very safe driver. Jacob was very attentive and kept me informed re how the service was going and what actually was involved with the service. The front desk girls were awesome and had no issues with sorting out my "missing" log book and the mechanics appear to have done a thorough job and found my logbook!
What more can you ask for? I might add, Im from Melbourne, and the service here this time was better than home.
Always a problem, it seems the customer is always the one to be inconvenienced. Arranged for the D/s seat belt to be replaced for the second time, on warranty, Wife dropped the Ute of for the belt to be replaced a head light globe to be replaced and one other issue, all of which gateway was aware of, no mention of the belt not being available two days before when I rang them to confirm time and date, no mention of belt when Ute dropped of. Ute picked up at 4.30pm, I get a bill for $80 to replace the globe, no belt replacement, excuse, belt has to be ordered in, so it takes from the 27/8/20 after several frustrating phone calls to still not get a seat belt fitted. This is my second Holden and the last, Ute good but Holden customer service well below standard.
