8 months ago we purchased a second hand vehicle from Ken Mills Nambour, there have been issues since we picked up the vehicle with the protection package we purchased not being applied correctly and issues with he rear window which they refuse to accept and rectify, issues still exist, we are extremely disappointed with the rude treatment and would never recommend Ken Mills Nambour.
I find Crick Nambour has the most friendly, courteous and helpful people in the service department. They are smiling and warm when you first arrive and are attentive to your car service needs. I am always look after by their courtesy bus driver to get to work and back. They care by ringing or texting me to give me advance notice of costs of replacement parts and pick up, I like the Crick staff professional approach and great communication skill.

We recently dealt with Zaac on the purchase of our new Fiat van. He rang us back on a public holiday and was very pleasant and not pushy! I did an earlier review on my GPS service problems and are happy to say I did get an email from them and they looked over my case and it was settled very amicably, the hold up in replying was not getting through to the right person and the COVIT closures that saw many staff take holidays.
