Without an appointment, I saw Ray to see if he could give me a quote for a dented bumper on my RAV4. Not only did he give me a very fair quote, but he offered to fix it immediately in spite of his just commencing his lunch. He offered to drive my wife and self to a local shopping centre for our lunch and then picked us up an couple of hours later. A perfect job at a good price. Thank you Ray.
