My car broke down last Sunday afternoon driving home from Rockhampton to Brisbane Once my breakdown service had engaged HD mechanical , David took the stress out of that experience for me by doing a test on my car the next morning, advising that it needed to go to Honda and calling my breakdown provider to make that happen. I called into Torque Mechanical shop to get an issue with my car looked at. From the first contact with Jesse on the phone to meeting Michelle in the office, and young Dom the mechanic, my day was made. They are the nicest, most professional crew you could ask for. These people supply a Brilliant service. If you're looking for a tyre centre that treats you like a person, not a profit margin, this is them. Nothing is a drama, no brush off's or being spoken to like a dolt if you ask questions, just proper good old fashioned service. Repeat customer here, I just cant see myself going back to some of the "larger" tyre franchises anymore. I'm very very particular with how things are done with my Vehicle. I Can't speak highly enough of this business.
