Was recommended to this place by a friend.. worst experience ever, they know nothing about Toyota front ends. Has cost us double to get their stuff up fixed at another establishment who found Byron Complete Car Service (BCCS) had installed both a faulty part and parts upside down, damaging other parts in the process. When I approached them for a refund they tried to blame a previous mechanic saying they just reinstalled stuff the way they found it. Now to me, if I have a problem with my car, I'm paying BCCS for their expertise to fix it. If this was the case, and I'm not saying it was, shouldn't they have spotted the mistake in the first place?
yes I did get a response and it worked out very well. I usually take my car to a place in Tweed heads but they were not able to get me in before my rego ran out and I had some bad experiences trying to charge extra for something that was not necessary as per advice from RTA. I had to take my car somewhere else and as a result had to pay twice but Mullumbimby they were great not trying to con people with the pink slip process quick and effective.
