“Really appreciate the level of customer service at Eason’s Car Centre. We had a challenging ADAS issue with our Volkswagen and the team were so professional, transparent and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. They were committed to getting the issue properly sorted, kept us updated along the way and made the whole experience much less stressful. It really gave us confidence knowing the car was in good hands. It’s not often you find a workshop that has both the technical knowledge and such great customer service. If you have a prestige vehicle in Ballarat or the surrounding areas, I’d definitely recommend Eason’s Car Centre. Really happy with the service and care we received.”
