Following a service at this business it was identified that my vehicle needed a new transmission and clutch. I was informed that the vehicle would be roadworthy in two weeks time. Two weeks later I drove past the business and discovered that my vehicle was still parked outside the premises. A telephone call confirmed the repairs on the vehicle had not commenced. I was informed that it would be ready the following midweek. I again drove past the premises the following Wednesday to find the vehicle still parked outside the premises. Following numerous telephone calls and stating that I would be contemplating legal action I was reassured that the vehicle repairs would be prioritised. Ten days later I was advised that my vehicle was ready. I am a 73 years old pensioner who, during the period in question, had to rely on family and friends for transport. I would advise anyone seeking an efficient, professional and competent service to look elsewhere rather than utilise this business.
