Thank you so much to Alstonville Florist. We’re not able to travel up from Victoria to be with our family for the passing of our beloved grandmother due to Covid-19 restrictions. The flowers delivered to our family are stunning. Such a good website with many choices. We ordered the flowers at 1pm and they were delivered at 4pm to Ballina. Great website. Great service and beautiful flowers. Thank you for making something easy in these very difficult times.

We have been to the shop in Byron a couple of times, the latest in March this year, first time i think was in 2018. Both times we meet a supernice woman who took care of us. She was really nice, i think her namn is Lizz, so hope she reads this , and we hope to meet her next time we get to Byron Bay, our daughter livets there. We also bumped in to her at the market in Byron , same sunday we were going home to Sweden. Big hugs to Lizz from Per and Camilla from Sweden.

I highly recommend Jen & the Team at Haven Botanical. Ordering products from a florist over the phone could have been a daunting process, wanting something special for a special family and occasion, but it was made "easy" because the interaction with Jen & the Team was not only completely professional, but helpful, friendly, courteous and patient with my various questions and accommodated my request (to provide a different pot for the chosen plant which required repotting), always with a "can do" attitude, nothing was "too hard". They also sent a photo to me which assured me that I had chosen well! Best wishes to them for their continued success now and into the future. My thanks 🤗
