Very interesting insight into early red centre history. I had no idea about the significance of the early settlement of Arltunga until I visited. There is an interesting information centre with lots of historical details...and very clean toilets! Wandering around the historic site brings home how hard life must have been. Quite fascinating!

Arltunga Bush Pub & Eco RetreatSuch a great place to stay after a long drive. Ample site with grass. Good price for powered site and great old amenities. Room to move and plenty of hot water. The bar was excellent to at happy hour.. Great ambiance
