White Rose Cafe DunedooFood and service is fantastic. But today I witnessed a trainee ask a team leader how to process cash and card and I beleive the trainee was done an injustice by the instructor who completed the transaction themselves. A hands on approach is always the best way to learn and I feel that the trainer should have walked the trainee through it. I hope this young lass has a good memory for the steps involved without needing to go back to the trainer with the same question later on. This is exactly the way a young person can feel demoralised on the job.
