Poor service at food ordering very sour faced and not helpful at all won’t return because of her . Ladies at reception are lovely very helpful 👍

Went there today for coffee and toast. I asked nicely to turn the music down and was refused in a blunt manner. The coffee was very ordinary, and they completely forgot to bring out the toast until I asked. Then I was lied to about the toast being in the toaster. It wasn't in the toaster at all. It took another 7 minutes for them to bring it out, and it came without a serviette. We then went down to Arthur's Food Store down the road and the service and food was 1000% better. Never again.

A truly great place to have a culpa,as well as eat. VERY friendly staff,as exemplified by Filli & George, who are wonderful hosts. The ambience is great and the music " soothing " A place I oft visit for my coffee
