Liss and Benny launched Baked Culture in early 2020 and after an extremely successful day at the Foreshore Markets was followed by a Global Pandemic - putting a stop to all future markets indefinitely - they quickly innovated to find a space they could sell their sweet and savory artisan baked creations to local punters.
