Since starting our quest for a change of lifestyle, Leighton and I wanted to move somewhere that was focused on being a community, for our children, but also so that we could one day open a café. Enter Shiny Brew!!! We are so happy with our move from Brisbane, this Region has such a wealth of beautiful produce to use as well as a beautiful, relaxing but community-driven way of life. We are so very excited to be able to use all of the local produce to entice everyone. Shiny can mean anything you want it to, there are so many options. For us, the name Shiny stems from so many things, it was impossible for us not to use it for our café. Shiny as in, we have started a brand new Shiny life (moving from Brisbane and for myself especially as I gave up a Corporate Career of approximately 18 years), a brand new Shiny café in a new Shiny and beautiful building, we live next to the amazing beach at Kingscliff with the very Shiny sun and it is also a saying from one of our most favourite TV shows, Shiny meaning cool, neat, peachy keen, good …so everything’s Shiny here in more sense than one!!!
