A sign in their window states that their sausages are "Highly addictive", which is so true. They are specialists in a small range of pure sausages and smoked meats, all crafted in store by hand. Visitors to the shop are rewarded by the most alluring smokey smells which signify the heritage and provenance of the product range. Highlights of any store visit is seeing the reaction of first time visitors doing a small taste test of what's available! My favourites include Pork Neck, Porchetta, and Bacon (which is best cooked crunchy). I always leave the shop with a smile on my face and the knowledge that I will soon be greatly enjoying these smallgoods.

Fantastic selection of various cuts of meat. I also love that I can pick up ready made meals like the meatballs and patties. All of the sausages are so full of flavour and you must try the pies. The selection of dried goods & fridge items is an awesome find in a local shopping centre.
