We were told how amazing the Italian sausages were at this place. When we went to buy some we were told that they weren’t being made until probably the next day. As we were only in town for 2 days, that didn’t work for us so we settled for the “gourmet” sausages. And we certainly were not disappointed. They could not have been any better. The lady in the shop told us to cook them slowly as they were super fresh. We did that and they were superb! We were also told that if we are calling through Mackay again, to give the butcher a few days notice and they will keep some of the Italian ones aside for us!
