An opportunity to give credit where it is due: Bill Black provides an excellent Farm Butcher service at a very reasonable price. A very skilled tradesman that shows up on time when he says he will show up. Word of mouth sent us Bill’s way & it was a positive experience all round. Bill provided a suitable cool room that runs on normal household power. His 24 years of experience on the job shone through in every facet of his service. From slaughter & dressing through to cutting up & mincing he was as good as you could ask for. Bill has a truck mounted crane, mincer, band saw, cutting / boning / slicing bench as well as the usual meat hooks tubs etc; all the things necessary to do a top job. He rings you & lets you know if things change (How many times does a tradie leave you wondering?) All in all good old fashioned service & value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED & we will be using him again.
