Your Next Step Coaching is a very personal approach to Life Coaching where I help you clarify what it is that you really want to achieve and look at the resources available to you to be able to get there. I love to work with people who may have had an event in their life that has stopped them in their tracks. Have you ever said to yourself "so what do I do now?". I have been known to say this on more than one occasion and so I know how daunting it can be to go back to square one and start again. It takes courage and a will to work towards something better. Life Coaching is not counselling. It doesn't work in the past. It concentrates on the future, what will bring you happiness, satisfaction or maybe stability. As your coach I will help you to look at where you want to be and the best way to get there. Together we can get you through a quick hiccup or concentrate on a complete overhaul. I offer counselling for your Self and/or for your Loved Ones. The type of counselling I offer is holistic, solution-focused and trauma-informed. It is a combination of evidence-based neuroscience and polyvagal theory intertwined with ancient wisdom from many philosophies/spiritual traditions across the world with the main focus being supporting you to access your own inner wisdom in your body, mind, heart & spirit. When appropriate I like to use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, NLP and attachment theory / abandonment wound healing (for the inner sense of shame, the internal dialogue of �I'm not good enough').
