I lodged a claim online and they took absolutely more than 30 days and let me know they are not paying for it as it is 2017 car and I said I want to cancel my insurance and they told we can't do that first you need to cancel your claim and after cancelling the claim when I called them nothing is done and they gave me an explanation the case officer is not available at the moment and no one knows when she will be available And they keep on playing with you
