Kim was employed at the Office of The Director of Public Prosecutions before joining O'Reilly Stevens Lawyers in 2014. Kim is an intellectual property lawyer, with expertise in international intellectual property law and business needs. Kim works closely with Tom Stevens in intellectual property practice and undertakes matters in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the USA and many other countries. Kim has worked in most aspects of intellectual property and in all aspects of trade mark portfolio management, advice, licensing, opposition and litigation. The majority of Kim's practice centres on intellectual property matters, in addition to civil litigation, leasing and general commercial, business and property law. Kim is passionate about brand and creative development and protection, and her clients' experience, particularly maintaining and building long term relationships and finding modern, cost effective solutions for clients in a rapidly changing legal and technological landscape. Kim is undertaking further education, studying a Master of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Melbourne Law School.
