Steven Young had a power of attorney drawn up for us last year only to find out today when we went to use it at the court house it was worthless as Steven Young failed to write his name on it as required. If that’s not bad enough when the court staff called him to ask him about it he denied any knowledge of us or our form. All because we chose to have him taken off our case as we lost faith in his ability to handle our matter. This was only confirmed when ordered to hand over the case notes etc to our new lawyer he had absolutely nothing to hand over or to show for 5 months work. All because we were legal aid I assume cause the minute he found out we had received money and could afford a real lawyer he suddenly showed plenty of attention.
