Located in the beautiful town of Kingscliff, Northern Rivers in New South Wales our Shiny Brew Cafe is nestled amongst neighbouring communities such as Cabarita Beach, Cudgen, and Fingal Head (just to name a few). Since starting our quest for a change of lifestyle, Leighton and I wanted to move somewhere that was focused on being a community, for our children, but also so that we could one day open a café. For us, the name Shiny stems from so many things, it was impossible for us not to use it for our café. Shiny as in, we have started a brand new Shiny life (moving from Brisbane and for myself especially as I gave up a Corporate Career of approximately 18 years), a brand new Shiny café in a new Shiny and beautiful building, we live next to the amazing beach at Kingscliff with the very Shiny sun and it is also a saying from one of our most favourite TV shows, Shiny meaning cool, neat, peachy keen, good …so everything’s Shiny here in more sense than one!!!
