We have been operating as building consultants in the NT since 2004 operating as Northern Territory Property Services, providing pre-purchase property inspections and reports. All of our assessors are nationally accredited with the Association of Building Sustainability Assessors (ABSA) and have completed a Course in Building Thermal Performance using the latest approved second generation software Accurate and BERS pro. Our director Ray Fogolyan has a broad range of experience in the Building and Construction industry. Ray prides himself on keeping up with the latest trends and information in the industry and is a member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors, Housing Industry Association and Association of Building Sustainability Assessors.
