BEST Building & Pest Inspections in Fernside NSW 2480

The vendors agent recommended northern rivers inspections to do a pre purchase inspection. They completed the inspection quickly however they failed to identify quite obvious faults such as faulty balustrading, handrailing, rot around door frames and unpainted exterior doors. If we had known about these faults we could have had these things fixed prior to purchase or been able to negotiate the cost from the purchase price. Not very professional in my opinion and could have done my own inspection more thoroughly and cheaply rather than rely on these so called professionals.

Don't go anywhere else! This is definitely the company to use. Craig was professional and very helpful. I cannot thank him enough for his help and understanding. Thank you and if I have any further problems, I will be calling immediately.
