After a very unpleasant experience with another pest controller from Grafton, I asked Mark to finish the job. He was kind, efficient and didn't charge me an arm or a leg. He only had to come once. German cockroach problem solved. After over a year, I am still free of German Cockroaches. It's now time for my annual treatment and will be hiring Mark of Yamba Pest Control again. I highly recommend Mark, especially if you have had a nasty contractor in the past. He has a way to make you feel that everything is going to be ok, is under control, and you are not at fault if you need a second treatment for a bad infestation.

I called Holloway and Co as I liked it was owner operated, had good reviews and has lot of information on their website about carpet cleaning, stains etc. Neil did a great job of cleaning the dirty carpets in the house I just purchased. We have used other pest control services and within 3 months the pest are back. We used Keiran Mortimer 12 months ago when we moved into our new house and only now has the spray stopped being effective. I also had to get some advice about 6 months ago about an ant problem they had someone out to check out our problem they helped us no problem nor charge. It was a pleasure to have Cameron attend our property for a free quote on termite protection. Cam was a delight to speak with and explained the treatment process to us in a way we could easily understand. Shaun & Finn completed the quoted works efficiently and with a high attention to detail. They even found some old rodent bait boxes I had completely forgotten about and rebaited them for me! They put everything back in its exact place around the property and left it nice and tidy!
