Quote accepted and given a rough estimate on how long it may be before roof would be replaced. From that point on it was all 1 sided communication - me trying to get information. Whilst the roof was replaced in a timely manner, the first I became aware it wad actually being started was a phone call from another trade - can they enter the yard as a do not enter sign had been placed on the fence..... An agreement to ensure quality of a section of the work to be done was met with a "of I forgot" when queried as to why it had not occurred. Several phone calls later and I was still left unhappy. Will never use again.
