we choose BOS Building to construct our new home after some glowing referral's from friends who also had there new home constructed by Burke twelve months earlier. from the very start we found Burke easy to get on with, and always made time to walk us through the various stages in the process of building a new home. we had a budget to work with, burke and his design crew came up with a floor plan to suit our requirements and our budget. we were kept well informed throughout the construction process and felt very involved with site meetings at various stages of construction. I engaged Vivid as I had specific requests to building our first custom built home. We required a draftsman that was creative and suggested ideas to us and our design . Emma. Tony and the entire team at Vivid were quick to respond to all our questions and understanding to our requests. Vivid are a reputable builder in Hervey Bay and we wanted to go with a custom builder rather than the big building mobs out there. The best decision we have ever made. Vivid built our dream home, and even when obstructions came up Vivid and the team soon helped us through the build process, thank you. We shall return as a future customer to Vivid. The cost to build was fair and reasonable considering other big home buidling mobs in Hervey Bay came in a lot more on cost to build. Anyone looking for a home builder that listens to you and builds quality homes, Vivid are the home builder I would highly recommend to contact.

I've had the best experience with Mellissa, from Ertha Design. I needed someone I could trust to design a home that's a bit out of the ordinary, designed to meet Building Biology guidelines, and Dependent Persons Unit requirements, that means it had to be de-mountable and transportable. We've had many hurdles to jump from Government changes to Council complications and Mellissa has helped deal with all of them. Professional, talented and caring. Highly recommended.
