We highly recommend Place Designs for high quality building designs. Glen is highly professional, flexible, friendly and honest. He has many years of experience in building design and has exceptional knowledge of council regulatory, building guidelines and engineering requirements. We had several meetings with Glen and he always on time. He listened to our ideas, and requirements. He always gave us multiple options to consider which allowed us to make the right decisions. He made several amendments until we were happy with the final plan. He even made one last minute change without any hesitation. His work is thorough and detailed. We are very pleased with the final architectural design and it was a great experience for us.

My husband and I have utilised Place Designs on 3 separate occasions. Glen and Kieron have assisted with quality designs, attention to detail plans and provided timely revisions. I would not hesitate to recommend Place Designs to my friends and family. If you want things planned the right way, and built right the first time, these are the people to use to design your home, plan the extension or for your husband's little bit of paradise (aka man cave). Using Place Designs meant there were no unexpected surprises for our builder (or addded costs for us) during the build due to poorly detailed plans.

We needed a quick turnaround on an industrial extension with tight deadlines and Glen from Place Designs was happy to deliver. This project had to be designed, certified and constructed before the Christmas closure to enable the tenant to move in and start trading in Early January.
