“Very disappointing. Paid my excess directly to Gavin Limpic Building Pty Ltd back in March 2021 weeks before the floods occurred however its now June 2021 and I still have not had my repairs done. Have sent numerous emails, text and voice messages requesting an update however Gavin Limpic Building pty Ltd fails to respond they just completely ignores my requests. I called my insurance company to complain about zero contact from the repairer which they in turn contacted Gavin Limpic Building Pty LTD and advised they’d call me that day. Which they did however dribbled on about email not sent to the contractor correctly and that they would personally follow it up and touch base with me within a week or so. That was back in early may 2021. Its now 10 June and ’m Still waiting Gavin Limpic Building Pty Ltd still waiting.”
