Our experience building with Freedom Homes is that their excellent before contract signing style is very good and sounds just what you're looking for in a builder. However don't be fooled they say one thing but provide another. Mistakes THEY make costs the owner extra and is regarded by Freedom as trivial when raised by the owner. Specifications drawn up play with words in order to make you think you are getting what you wanted but in fact you do not. We found the time scale for construction after sinning the contract was thrown out the window. I suggest that if thinking of engaging Freedom Homes for your project, at the very least have the penalty for over contract time you change from their standard $1 per day to something which is a true representation of the cost you will incur should the delay put you into rented or motel accommodation.
