David designed and carried out a major renovation to our home in Terranora. The standard of workmanship from both David and the tradesman he used was excellent. We found David very sensitive to our needs and very clever at turning our rough ideas into practical and eye pleasing reality. We remained in the house during the renovation and David worked tirelessly to keep dust and noise to a minimum. If we had to renovate again, we would have no qualms in asking David to carry out the work. We found him very pleasant to deal with and would recommend him for any building project, big or small.

We hired Clearline Building & Carpentry to construct a front fence on our property. Daniel listened to our needs and got the job underway promptly. Despite bad weather, Daniel took every opportunity to attend to our job and managed to complete it well within our timeframe. The final product resulted in very high quality workmanship and I would have no hesitation in recommending Clearline Building & Carpentry.

Dan is an excellent project manager. We first approached him to upgrade our bathroom and got him to continue with all our renovations since we were so pleased with his work. From his suggestions as to how to stretch our dollars further, to buying hardware supplies and to hiring further tradies, we trusted him implicitly. Dan upgraded our laundry, kitchen, front and side verandas and roofed these last two with bull-nose iron. Many thanks to him. We now have a lovely home. Dan was quick and hardworking during his work, and he was able to produce a quality finish.
