The BEST Builders in Fernvale NSW

These guys are great. Brett is always helpful, whatever we need, last time it was a port-a-loo, it was easy to hire, no fuss and inexpensive.

David designed and carried out a major renovation to our home in Terranora. The standard of workmanship from both David and the tradesman he used was excellent. We found David very sensitive to our needs and very clever at turning our rough ideas into practical and eye pleasing reality. We remained in the house during the renovation and David worked tirelessly to keep dust and noise to a minimum. If we had to renovate again, we would have no qualms in asking David to carry out the work. We found him very pleasant to deal with and would recommend him for any building project, big or small.

David says use this builder. He was very happy with the work done for him. Great builder.

We hired Clearline Building & Carpentry to construct a front fence on our property. Daniel listened to our needs and got the job underway promptly. Despite bad weather, Daniel took every opportunity to attend to our job and managed to complete it well within our timeframe. The final product resulted in very high quality workmanship and I would have no hesitation in recommending Clearline Building & Carpentry.

I had the pleasure of working with Sam and team on a recent project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the outset, they were incredibly efficient and made the entire process a breeze. The team was not only approachable but also filled with great ideas that added immense value to the project. Their positive attitude and commitment to excellence truly set them apart. I highly recommend Alive Building for any construction needs; they exceeded my expectations in every way!
