Finally, I've found a great builder! Dan's been very punctual, professional and polite. He works hard, knows his trade and is well priced. I've booked him for over three months worth of work at least (until the next idea pops up). I couldn't recommend him enough!

Could not have been happier with the quality of our renovation project undertaken by Matt and his team to our 100 year old weatherboard cottage. Matt was happy to take our lead with design aesthetics and sourced heritage appropriate materials to ensure the extension was aligned with the character of original building. He was great with communication, consulted us almost daily and was quick to progress the project. He was the only builder who did the hard yards before we gave him our business by collating a comprehensive quote with detailed line items of expenditure. Our project ended up costing more than we had anticipated but that was because we opted to completely refit the whole house which was not a part of the original project. Building is a daunting process for non-pros so it's important you have faith in the professionals you use. We certainly had that with Dukewood Homes.
