These guys are an amazing team. We have now used them twice, one local, and one distant move. We highly recommend with full confidence that you & your gear will be looked after. They are Fast, reliable, very careful with everything they move, they truely make the most of every bit of space in the truck… see photo below. They are polite, they are great communicators, they turn up on time and are ready immediately. These guys are troopers, through and through. We had a huge move of 6 bedroom house and they absolutely gave it their all & more. The other move was a 3 bedroom house, and again gave it their all. They are hands down THE BEST removalists we have had without a doubt. We Highly recommend them in every area, professional service, great price, great communication, friendly service with great attention to detail. They are very mindful of the fact you’re moving, & that it is a stressful time. They help in every which way to make the move as quick & as smooth as possible. 100%

Absolute rubbish. Asked to hold the unit as we had way more cartons to go through and need more time and may need to change to a bigger unit. So overall more money for them. They just said no the date had already started. So too bad so sad. I just cancelled the unit and they get my one month payment and nothing else. Very short sighted.

The facilities at On Guard storage are first class. I had used them to store my motor vehicle and my wife had a long term storage with them. Unfortunately the good relationship we enjoyed with Harry was totally destroyed by the aggressive and bullying behaviour of the manager Bill. His removalists had damaged a fridge door during the removal and storage and instead of approaching us in a professional way to negotiate a mutually satisfactory outcome, he instead was aggressive and bullying in his behaviour blaming us for the damage that had been caused. He also proceeded to tear holes in the base of two tub chairs that had also been damaged to demonstrate that the fabric was perished and would have torn anyway so his men poking their hands into the chairs were not responsible. I am astounded that any reviews on his website could support confidence in him or his removalists. He appears to know little about customer service and even less about putting it into practice. Our removal was handled professionally and the three men doing our job were great. They arrived at the scheduled time, were efficient and careful with our items. Nothing was a problem. Would recommend John's Furniture Removals to anyone wanting a professional removal company to do their move.
