In 2021, I suffered from long-covid symptoms of difficulty breathing and a burning feeling in my chest off and on for about a month after "recovering" from two weeks of illness. Whenever I thought I was getting better, even small levels of stress would seem to trigger those symptoms again. I was at rock bottom when I received a few distance healing Bowel therapy sessions from Leigh. I immediately started to feel better. I regained my strength, my immune system stabilized, and I was able to fully recover. Prior to my sessions with Leigh, I had not received distance healing and had my doubts, but my experience made me a believer. I was amazed! Even though we were in different countries, Leigh was able to connect in with my body energetically to heal me. Leigh is a wonderfully talented and compassionate healer and I am ever so grateful.

On December 21, 2020, my cat had a seizure. I knew of Leigh prior to this. So after I'd gotten over my shock and pulled myself together, I contacted her. Leigh is a true professional and very compassionate. She got back to me straight away, and went above and beyond. She eased my nerves as well as giving me instruction as to what we should do next. She gave some background information to educate me on Bowen as well as my cat's situation. We had two sessions with Leigh, as my cat improved very much straight away. We then looked at other avenues we could take to help her. Her condition was stabilised. As the seizure was myoclonic in nature, the random twitches were minimal. She could also walk better as her back legs had been stiff. As she has a condition called FARS (auditory), her environment will always have to be controlled, but we are certainly in a better place today. I am so blessed to have met Leigh.

My partner recommended I try Bowen Therapy for my lower back pain. After the first treatment I woke up the next day with no pain. With each treatment the pain subsides for longer periods. Leigh is very professional and has a beautiful nature, is very welcoming and is amazing at what she does. I highly recommend Leigh without hesitation. You won’t regret it.

So Many Benefits! I have been going to Leigh for over 2 years now. She has helped me with a number of complaints. I always feel better for having been to her. She is so knowledgeable and caring. I am that way now that I make an appointment when I am feeling 'out of sync' for whatever reason, sore tailbone, stiff shoulders and neck and she does her magic (honestly) and I can get on with my day and life. I would recommend Leigh and her work to anyone at any age for any complaint. Leigh also does Bowen Therapy for Pets so my dog Penny was given the opportunity of a Bowen therapy treatment 1 day (best 24 hours before) prior to her having her usual annual injections which Leigh explained would give her 24 hours of being in healing mode before her injections so she bounces back faster..healing from any toxic residue in injections or local swelling or tenderness at the injection side. Penny loved her time with Leigh and responded well.

BOWEN THERAPY FOR LONG TERM PAIN RELIEF I tried Bowen Therapy after my partner recommended it. At that stage, pain & discomfort from an accumulation of past injuries, headaches, repetitive use of my hands plus aging, was affecting my life, my sleep & keeping me awake at night. I was having cortisone injections, leading up to my 1st Bowen treatment, that was giving me temporary relief. Not wanting to continue down that road, I was looking for a longer lasting, more natural treatment to ease my pain. I was a bit skeptical during my 1st treatment, but Leigh explained during the session, how Bowen Therapy would help reset my brain & body's alignment, as a whole within a few treatments. After 2-3 treatments, I noticed a difference in pain levels and was able to sleep without waking as often. I continued to improve, my headaches disappeared & I usually fell asleep on the table, shortly after each session began. Bowen Therapy's really got my attention now!

When I 1st saw Leigh, I'd never had a Bowen Treatment before. I felt very relaxed during and after the treatment. After the 2nd session, my left shoulder blade pain (that I'd had for 2-3 years), improved by 90% and still hasn't flared up like it used to, even though I over do it at times, in my maintenance and painting trade. I have been sleeping very well, especially after the treatments and I also noticed my heartburn has improved by 50%. Overall I feel much more relaxed. Leigh is very professional and I also feel relaxed during my treatments and I feel I handle any stresses better and recover faster. I would very much recommend Leigh and Bowen Therapy to others to try.
