What a lovely evening once again at the Helensvale Tavern. We are regular patrons of the Tavern over a number of years. We feel we should make a comment in regard to the service we receive. One staff member in particular has always demonstrated an efficient and very pleasant contact with all her customers. We appreciate her consideration and the lovely reception we get on every visit to your establishment by the lovely Sarah. In these days Sarah is an example of what service is, in every respect. We recently had dinner at the Waterfire Restaurant at the Boat House Tavern for my birthday and it was wonderful, it's one of my favourite places to eat at, the food is always amazing! The service could be improved as sometimes there are not enough staff on and so it means you have to wait longer for your meals, although this means more drinking and socialising while you wait :)

Had a great event planned here for my brothers 21st. Everyone was great. The bar staff were very sufficient. Worked and security very professional. Would book again for a function. Thank you to everyone for making it a good night.

From same day delivery to the item being advertised, Gifts on the Gold Coast delivered on the day I asked, not to mention the presentation was beautiful and my friend was super excited when it was delivered. I was also notified by email when the gift arrived which is a nice touch!

Went for lunch today was disappointed, got prawn & bacon skewers as my main meal, prawns undercooked some were still translucent I couldn't eat them, I did tell the waitress who said she would tell the chef, ordered plain schnitzel came out with parmigiana they did change it . Ordered well done eye fillet it was a little undercooked but not too much. We go quite regular so was a little disappointed with our meals today.
